Emerson Lodz is seeking an Asset Controller who will manage fixed assets across their lifecycle, ensuring precise records and compliance with accounting standards. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a dynamic environment.
You will review CAPEX requests, conduct asset inventories, reconcile GL accounts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive accurate financial insights. A strong Excel and ERP background is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing fixed assets throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and legal requirements. You will play a key role in supporting investment activities, financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate asset records.
Manage fixed assets throughout their entire lifecycle, including assets under construction.
Review and validate Capital Expenditure Approval Requests, ensuring compliance with approval processes, budgets, and company policies.
Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure high-quality financial data, reporting, and compliance.
Ensure fixed asset accounting activities comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate requirements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to depreciation expenses.
Participate in fixed asset inventories and conduct regular asset audits across production areas.
Support investment projects, asset transfers, and the preparation of annual financial statements.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
You are a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, processes, and financial controls. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders and can balance accuracy with business needs in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
Previous exposure to capital investments, fixed asset accounting, or asset lifecycle management.
Familiarity with modern digital finance tools and reporting solutions.
