Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Kraków is hiring an Asset Analytics Engineer focused on Smart Signal and Predictive Modelling. You will own the end-to-end deployment of predictive models across industrial asset fleets, ensuring reliability decisions are powered by high-fidelity digital twins.

You transform raw historian data into digital twins using platforms such as SmartSignal, Aspen Mtell, or AVEVA PRiSM, enabling scalable deployment and governance across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SmartSignal, Aspen Mtell or AVEVA PRiSM.
• Familiarity with PI/OPC/IP21 historians and API data extraction tools such as Postman.
• Strong Python for data manipulation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Map historian data sources (PI, OPC, IP21) to SmartSignal Data Model ensuring data quality.
• Apply SBM and EML techniques to establish normal operating profiles.
• Develop Analytic Blueprints for pumps, motors, transformers for rapid deployment.
• Monitor model performance with precision/recall and retrain after overhauls.
• Write Python scripts (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and feature engineering.
