Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a team focused on Assay Data Processing. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions for integrating and analyzing experimental data in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data processing pipelines (ETL) in Python
  • Integrate with MedCon/Riffyn platforms and other LIMS/ELN systems
  • Build and maintain cloud environments on AWS
  • Implement DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, security, automation)
  • Collaborate with laboratory and data science teams to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Participate in system architecture design and technical documentation
Requirements
  • Experience in programming with Python (API, ETL, testing)
  • Knowledge of MedCon/Riffyn or similar platforms
  • Practical experience with AWS
  • Ability to work with DevSecOps tools (CI/CD, IaC, containers)
  • Experience in designing solution architecture
  • Understanding of laboratory data processing and metadata workflows
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the life sciences or biotech industry
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (pandas, numpy)
  • AWS or DevOps certifications
