Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner based in Poland, is seeking a Project Manager (Art Team) to oversee a 2D Art group in a fast-paced mobile game environment. You will drive planning, roadmaps, timelines, and delivery, ensuring art content moves efficiently through production.

You will analyze data to uncover bottlenecks, create dashboards, customize Jira, and coordinate with producers, designers, developers, and marketing to improve workflows and asset quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager for creative teams.
• Strong data analysis and ability to manage large datasets.
• Proficient with Jira and agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Art team tasks across pipelines, backlogs, and sprints.
• Define roadmaps, timelines, deadlines, and release plans.
• Allocate work among artists based on workload and skills.
• Customize Jira workflows, dashboards, filters, and automations.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards with performance metrics.
• Identify risks and blockers and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with producers, designers, developers, and marketing.
• Ensure art asset quality aligns with brand guidelines.
• Organize planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Maintain project docs across Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.
• Continuously improve workflows and resource allocation.
