Job summary

Twin Win Games is seeking an Art Director to lead a team of Artists and Animators, directing the creative vision across multiple projects with international clients. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional visual quality.

Ideal candidates boast 3+ years in commercial art direction, strong leadership, and excellent English skills. Remote-friendly with opportunities for flexible work locations and ongoing skills development.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial projects with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in Art Direction.
Experience leading teams of Artists and Animators.
Experience managing multiple projects/teams simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with international clients.
Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision for projects, providing direction and feedback to the team.
Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure quality control.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design teams.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support.
