Job summary

VML in Warsaw is seeking a versatile Art Director to bring ideas to life across static visuals, motion graphics, and AI-assisted content. You combine conceptual thinking, visual craft, and meticulous execution for 360 campaigns and social channels.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience with a portfolio for large brands, mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and a willingness to explore AI tools.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience as Art Director with portfolio for large brands, 360° campaigns, and tactical executions.
• Must-have proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work on campaigns from brief to execution, creating high-quality visual content for social, digital, and integrated campaigns.
• Ensure brand guideline consistency while experimenting with new formats and styles, both static and animated.
• Actively participate in brainstorms and reviews, presenting ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Lead projects independently from brief to final delivery with minimal micromanagement.
• Keep up with cultural trends and platform changes to optimize design for each channel.

• Praca nad kampaniami od briefu po egzekucję - tworzenie wysokiej jakości contentu wizualnego dla social, digital i kampanii zintegrowanych
• Pilnowanie spójności z brand guidelines (CI), jednocześnie eksperymentując z nowymi formatami i stylami - zarówno statycznymi, jak i animowanymi
• Aktywny udział w brainstormach i przeglądach kreatywnych - wnoszenie świeżych pomysłów i perspektyw wizualnych
• Prezentowanie pomysłów wewnętrznie i przed klientem
• Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów od briefu po finał - bez potrzeby mikrozarządzania
• Śledzenie trendów kulturowych, zmian na platformach i best practices w projektowaniu pod konkretne kanały

Kogo szukamy

• Min. 3 lata doświadczenia jako Art Director z portfolio pokazującym pracę dla dużych marek, nagradzane projekty, kampanie 360° i egzekucje taktyczne
• Biegłość w Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects - to must-have. Znajomość Figma mile widziana
• Rozumienie, jak decyzje projektowe wpływają na storytelling, zaangażowanie odbiorców i obecność marki
