Title: Area Manager - Eastern Europe
Location: Poland, Virtual
Grade: 13
Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility
  1. Lead technical support initiatives and operations.
  2. Implement service strategies and programs.
  3. Audit and monitor the assigned account base to anticipate future service and business requirements.
  4. Address issues escalated from the territories, including scheduling, assigning overtime, and BU involvement in service issues.
  5. Manage professional teams and departments to achieve results.
  6. Be responsible for the end results of the area; contribute to planning and policy within your expertise.
  7. Integrate industry and subject matter expertise within your area.
  8. Contribute to setting standards for operation.
  9. Ensure all customer metrics are achieved for managed territories.
  10. Coach and develop territory managers.
  11. Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support to multiple territories.
  12. Contribute to the business strategy for the sub-area.
  13. Maintain P&L responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  2. Eight or more years of service delivery or operations support experience.
  3. Five years of supervisory experience.
  4. Experience in a services organization with a distributed workforce, especially in a break-fix industry (highly preferred).
