Lux Med w dziale IT poszukuje doświadczonego specjalisty ds. Onboardingu i tożsamości. Rola obejmuje projektowanie i rozwijanie mechanizmów uwierzytelniania oraz zarządzanie tożsamością użytkowników, z silnym naciskiem na architekturę systemów rozproszonych i integracje oparte o API.

Będziesz technicznie prowadzić zespół deweloperów oraz współpracować z Product Managerem i zespołem UX. Wymagane minimum 5 lat doświadczenia, znajomość OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, Kubernetes oraz platform Identity

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and building software.
Experience designing, implementing or enhancing IAM/CIAM solutions.
Very good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.
Experience in designing distributed system architectures, API-based integrations and backend applications.
Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Ability to make technical decisions independently and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
Experience in building engineering culture with developers owning quality and test automation.

Responsibilities

Co-create the technical vision, architecture and direction for Onboarding & Identity, including architectural decisions, integrations, security and implementation approaches.
Design, develop and improve authentication/authorization mechanisms and identity management.
Lead a team of mobile, backend and frontend developers and support solving complex technical problems.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX and other product teams to define product direction and business goals.
Define and develop engineering standards, quality and security practices, and build a culture of quality with automated tests and product quality ownership.
Joint responsibility for reliability, performance and security of developed services, including development of unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
Mentor team members and participate in recruitment and building a new tech team.
