Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an Architect CAD & Construction Documentation on a remote, contract basis. The role focuses on creating detailed floor plans and elevation sets, developing CAD drawings, and preparing GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.

You will also produce multi-sheet electrical schematics, design PCB layouts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical questions, delivering complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout design.
• Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi-document sets.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
• Background in collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects is a plus.
