Job summary

Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. in Łódź – hybrid 2/3 is seeking an AR Specialist with Spanish to join our client-focused finance team.

You will manage cash collection, cash application, order releases, credit limit reviews, and customer refunds, while maintaining daily communications in Italian and English. The role requires at least two years of AR experience with clients, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Spanish (C1/C2) and English (C1) for client communication.
• Min 2 years of experience in working with clients in AR.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.

Responsibilities

• Telephone contact in Italian (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients).
• Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items.
• Performing Cash Application, Order Release and Credit Limit review activities.
• Managing Customer Refunds.
• Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports.
• Ongoing e-mail communication in Italian and English.
• Collaborating with other teams and internal customers.
