EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in Applied AI, translating strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and driving rapid production-ready outcomes.

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to remote arrangements, you will own end-to-end execution, architect scalable solutions, and position the department for rapid growth or potential spin-off with equity upside.

Qualifications

• Proven domain expertise in AI or related field.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution roadmaps.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Applied AI.
