EWOR is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead 0-to-1 efforts in Applied AI, translating vision into rapid prototypes and production systems.

Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements), you will own end-to-end delivery, architect scalable solutions, and work closely with an elite team to position the venture for rapid growth and potential spin-offs.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in domains like Applied AI.
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps to move from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones for rapid growth and spin-off potential.
