Big Blue Marble Group in Poznań is seeking a Fullstack developer to explore applied AI research and development, focusing on integrating with AI APIs and embedding AI into BBM’s streaming-oriented platforms.

This role blends hands-on backend (Python) and frontend (React) with cloud work (AWS). You’ll prototype, demo PoCs, and help shape product roadmaps while enjoying remote work, flexible hours, and benefits like Mindgram, Tutlo, and MyBenefit.

Our projects are always tied to the broadcast and OTT industry (online video). Implementations are based on advanced technological products, modules, or complete end-to-end solutions for companies looking to launch their own streaming platforms (like Netflix) or expand their existing online video offerings.

What you’ll actually be doing?

This isn’t a research lab job buried in theory. You'll be using AI tools and APIs to make real things happen:

• Building simple web apps that integrate BBM products with third-party AI SaaS tools.
• Presenting proof-of-concept results during sprint demos to internal stakeholders.

Co-defining PoC scope and direction with the product owner.

How your time will be split?

• 60% hands-on R&D work with AI tools and APIs.
• 20% presenting results to the team and stakeholders.

20% refining requirements and planning next steps with the PO.

What we’re looking for?

We’re not expecting you to be an AI expert - we’ll grow that part together. But we do need someone who brings:

• At least one backend and one frontend language under your belt - preferably Python and React.
• Comfort working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Previous experience working with AI tools, APIs, or ML features.
• Independence, curiosity, and a love for solving complex problems.
• Perfect English - to read/write docs and chat with the team daily.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with .NET 6, OTT/video platforms, or speak some German.

Recruitment process:

• Chat with People Operations Specialist (30-minute online meeting to get to know each other).
• Recruitment task.
• Interview with the Chapter Leader to discuss the position, the task, and mutual expectations (approx. 1.5 hours)
• Interview with the Manager of the area you’ll be working with.
