Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (C1).

• Experience with B2B and SaaS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and handling complex client inquiries.
• Managing assigned cases to provide solutions to meet client needs.
• Investigating root causes of issues using various tools.

Skills

Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs

Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting web and mobile applications

Knowledge of Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
