Job description

M&E Global is a defence contractor undertaking services on complex military equipment and aircraft for UK and US contractors. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apache Mechanic to join our team.

The Role

Based in Inowroclaw, Poland, you’ll work alongside our dedicated workforce on a US Military base.

This role offers an excellent chance to further develop your skills as an Apache Mechanic in an exciting environment.

Knowledge and Skills Required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each of the following essential duties:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on the Apache aircraft.
  • Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures, and parts replacement.
  • Broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair.
  • Basic electrical theory knowledge and familiarity with aircraft tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes, and sheers.
  • Working knowledge of technical publications and logistics information systems.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules and lead teams through complex aircraft tasks.
  • Participation in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required.
  • Experience to inspect all aeronautical maintenance performed by mechanics.
  • Receive technical guidance from supervisors or senior technicians, lead teams on complex tasks, and make entries in aircraft logs and records as needed.
