Job description
  • Lead and manage a team, including planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s, supporting growth and development of direct reports
  • Maintain strong client relationships at an operational level: reporting, escalations, change management
  • Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in accounting processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations
  • Provide technical and operational support to team members in day-to-day activities
  • Drive continuous improvements projects for AP team and lead the implementation process
  • Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings to meet group reporting deadlines
  • Monitor key KPIs related to AP process performance and implement corrective actions where needed
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure successful process migrations and onboarding of new processes
Our requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a BPO/SSC, preferably in an Operations Manager/Team Leader or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1) – spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle client escalations, build trust, and act as a business partner
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
