Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of Android development experience with lead roles.
• Mastery of Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Proven track record of defining mobile architecture for large-scale consumer applications.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform interactions or mobile-backend integration strategies.
• Strong ability to drive technical consensus and mentor senior engineers.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and UI test suites.

Responsibilities

• Establish architectural patterns and best practices for a new Android implementation.
• Mentor engineers and onboard new team members to minimize ramp-up time.
• Architect complex mobile solutions requiring Android and network knowledge.
• Lead technical decisions within the vertical on mobile architecture and integration.
• Collaborate with Distinguished Engineers to align with standards.
• Oversee implementation of the design system across the Android codebase.
