Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Lead Software Developer to support the development and standardization of a mobile application for individual customers in the area of mobile banking. This person will be responsible for setting the technological direction of the Android platform, developing engineering standards, and supporting development teams in delivering the long-term strategy.

• Creating and implementing a long-term strategy for the development of the Android application, aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Designing, implementing, and overseeing architectural standards, code quality, and the consistency of the mobile platform.
• Mentoring development teams, developing technical skills, and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Optimizing and building scalable CI/CD processes to help shorten the time required to deliver changes.
• Implementing AI-based tools to support the software development process, automation, and increased developer efficiency.
• Managing mobile application security, monitoring vulnerabilities in third‑party libraries, and ensuring compliance with OWASP Mobile standards.

Требования:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or in a similar leadership role in Android, as well as many years of experience as a Senior Android Developer.
• Very good knowledge of the Android ecosystem, including how the Android system works, Gradle, and current Google standards.
• Experience designing and transforming CI/CD processes for large development environments.
• Practical knowledge of mobile application security, vulnerability management, and protection against reverse engineering.
• Ability to think strategically and take a perspective encompassing the entire product and platform.
• Very good communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to enforce technical standards.
• Knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVVM or MVI, and multi‑module architecture.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, Fastlane, and Gradle (Kotlin DSL).
• Knowledge of quality tools such as SonarQube and Detekt.
• Higher education.
• Будет плюсом: Practical experience using AI/LLMs in the Software Development Lifecycle; Experience with AI‑powered developer tools, such as GitHub Copilot or solutions for automating Code Review

Условия:
