Sigma Software in Poland is seeking a Middle Android Developer to build scalable mobile apps for hundreds of thousands of daily users on construction-site solutions, using Kotlin and modern Android tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills and modern Android practices.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with unit testing and DI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Refactor and modernize existing Android codebases.
• Implement scalable features following Clean Architecture principles.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize apps.
• Integrate NFC, Bluetooth, and Camera SDKs as needed.
• Collaborate with iOS, QA, backend, and product teams.
• Contribute to code quality, reviews, and CI/CD initiatives.
• Support engineering automation and release processes.
