Job summary

Margo Group seeks an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead the Analytics Integrity team and drive improvements in data quality for position, transaction, and computed data across major systems.

The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of financial data flows, and hands-on use of Aladdin or Adjuto, with excellent English communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, ideally asset management, including hands-on operational roles.
• Strong understanding of processes used by portfolio management, middle office, risk, quant, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Aladdin or Adjuto.
• Autonomous approach to analyzing and solving complex end-user requests.
• Ability to map data in-flows and out-flows and to understand technical architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal English communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to run control checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Proactive in identifying operational risks and mitigating them.
• Very rigorous with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
