Fresha is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Warsaw team. You will model data, build scalable data pipelines, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leaders to power decisions and product improvements.

You will transform, test, and validate data, develop dashboards, and maintain data documentation in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Hybrid in-person and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experience with building and testing high-quality data modelling pipelines
• An understanding of data platform and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with modern data stack components - dbt is a must
• An interest in improving the performance and efficiency of data models and systems, with support and guidance from senior team members
• Good communication skills in English (C1 or higher), with a willingness to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and share progress
• A desire to contribute to product development decisions through data architecture best practices and analytical insights
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and autonomous approach to work
• Responsible AI tool proficiency - use AI to deliver impressive and reliable results, maintaining control

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, and maintain robust dimensional data models from diverse data sources, including first-party data, data from third-party APIs, SFTPs, and other external data sources
• Enhance the efficiency and performance of data models, focusing on improving ease of use, increasing accessibility of data, reducing runtimes, and eliminating waste
• Build and maintain the highest quality of our data products, both internal and external
• Advise product development on analytical requirements with new feature releases, and ensure data warehouse incorporates development changes from new feature releases effectively
• Use your knowledge of Fresha's product and data models to analyse the performance of features and support product operations - through analytical queries and dashboards
• Develop comprehensive data documentation to maintain consistency in understanding and communication across the team.

Role Overview

Senior Analytics Engineer | 11th floor, Rondo 1, 00-124 Warsaw | Four days in office, Wednesdays remote

Contract: B2B

• 16–22k PLN net /month + RSUs UoP: 12,800 - 17,600 PLN gross/month + RSUs

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Analytics Engineer, Product to come and join our global business.

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Engineer, and working collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts and Commercial Leadership, you will be accountable for modelling data to provide clean, accurate data to power both decision-making and the product itself. This also entails transforming, testing, and validating data. What You Will Be Doing
