You will empower clients, run workshops, and bridge user needs with product development, delivering insightful valuations and strategic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Empower leading developers, utilities, and funds across the power sector to deploy capital to the Energy Transition, by integrating Aurora's software into their strategic investment decisions.
• Host specialized workshops and training sessions to help customers leverage Aurora's software for energy market analysis, asset valuation, and investment decision-making
• Perform feature-bridging analyses for client projects, providing access to pre-release features and other internal functionalities
• Support clients in leveraging Aurora's software outputs within investment processes and transactions, delivering bankable valuations and insights
• Apply structured analysis and judgment to complex datasets, balancing multiple sources of information and uncertainty
• Help answer client questions across a broad range of topics, ensuring they are able to unlock value from the software, and working with other internal teams where escalations are required
• Shape product roadmaps by collecting key customer insights and working closely with internal Product and Development teams to incorporate them into the roadmap
• Leverage customer usage insights to drive strategic engagement, adoption, and retention initiatives
