AXA XL in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking an Analyst for Regulatory Reporting Monitoring & Governance to join our team and support data administration, reporting, and compliance processes. This role reports to the local Deputy Manager and focuses on accurate data entry and timely reporting.

You will work with internal customers, ensure data quality, and produce monitoring reports while leveraging Excel and strong analytical thinking in a global insurance environment.

Formación

• University degree or relevant experience.
• Fluency in English (B2 level) is required.
• Experience in a similar data administration and analysis role.
• Excellent data processing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with printing and mailing of policies and letters for internal clients.
• Process and mail Workers Compensation postings per state guidelines.
• Enter insurance data accurately into AXA XL systems from contracts and correspondence.
• Analyze and present insurance contract financial data.
• Produce monitoring reports and promptly handle exceptions.
• Resolve data quality issues promptly and accurately.
• Produce insurance documentation such as quotations and endorsements.
• Perform clearance and sanctions checks.
• electronically file documents.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the company.

What You’ll Be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Assist with printing and mailing of policies/non-renewal letters/renewal letters for supported internal business customers
• Assist with processing and mailing of Workers Compensation Posting Notices per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines
• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data
• Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
• Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
• Production of insurance documentation (quotations, certificates, endorsements)
• Clearance and sanctions checking
• Electronic filing of documents
• Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed

You will report to local Deputy Manager.

• Proven experience on similar role (related to data administration & analysis)
