Job summary

AXA XL in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and data quality specialist to support insurance contract data, financial data analysis, and documentation.

You will report to the local Assistant Manager and perform timely data entry, monitoring, reporting, sanctions checks, filing, and production of certificates and endorsements.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant experience.
• Fluency in English (B2) is required.
• Fluency in German (B2) is required.
• Strong data processing and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems.
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data.
• Production of monitoring reports and handling of exceptions.
• Resolution of data quality issues.
• Production of insurance documentation (certificates, endorsements, policy wordings).
• Sanctions checking and electronic filing of documents.
• Undertaking any other duties as reasonably requested by the company.
• Report to local Assistant Manager.

What You’ll Be DOING

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data
• Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
• Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
• Production of Insurance documentation (certificates, endorsements, policy wordings)
• Clearance and sanctions checking
• Electronic filing of documents
• Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed

You will report to local Assistant Manager.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must (at least B2 level)
• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must (at least B2 level)
