Job summary

AXA XL in Wrocław, Poland is seeking an Analyst – Policy Management to support data entry, contract analysis, and documentation. You will handle insurance data, generate reports, and ensure data quality while coordinating with the local Assistant Manager. Strong English, data skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL systems and databases through contract interpretation and related correspondence.
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data.
• Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exceptions.
• Resolution of data quality issues.
• Production of Insurance documentation (certificates, endorsements, policy wordings).
• Conduct clearance and sanctions checks.
• Electronic filing of documents.
• Undertaking other duties as reasonably requested.

What You’ll Be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence
• Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data
• Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
• Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
• Production of Insurance documentation (certificates, endorsements, policy wordings)
• Clearance and sanctions checking
• Electronic filing of documents
• Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed

You will report to local Assistant Manager.
