Sonoco is seeking an IT/Business Analyst to gather requirements, map current and future processes, and develop functional specs for IT projects in Poland. You will analyze moderately complex projects, master assigned applications, and drive process improvements to maximize business value from IT solutions.

You will create tests and training materials, provide end user support, and liaise with vendors while upholding Sonoco IT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of ERP experience.
• Radius ERP experience a plus; knowledge of the Flexibles business.
• Moderate travel may be required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business process maps
• Develop functional specifications as needed for projects
• Analyze projects of moderately complex nature for size, scope, and objectives
• Develop mastery of assigned applications
• Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives that maximize business value from IT solutions
• Create and conduct functional testing and training
• Deliver superior customer service by assisting in identifying customer needs
• Provide end user support
• Liaise with software vendors for technical issue resolution
• Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in all activities
• Consistently enforce safe work practices in assigned projects

Education and Training Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in ERP
• Experience with Radius ERP is a plus
• Knowledge of the Flexibles business
• Moderate travel may be required

The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target incentive of ZZ% of base salary.
