As Analyst B2C Age Verification you will be the foundation of our business services team for age verification, working closely with our analytics team, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure we have market leading, compliant and effective age verification solutions deployed. You will monitor overall solution performance, support incident resolution and new market deployments and manage and maintain a backlog of solution enhancements. You will support monthly and quarterly business reviews and work closely with our analytics, OC Payments, Fraud and Age Verification Design & Strategy team on supplier relationship management, service enhancement and ongoing supplier evaluation and selection.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree preferably with a Commercial, Computer Science or Data focus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product analysis, project management, operational or customer support, compliance, data management or similar roles in a global corporate environment (experience in consumer retail or services, particularly with age restricted products or with an identity and age verification vendor would be a plus)
  • Strong analytical and innovative mindset, with the drive to constantly expand knowledge, challenge the status quo and enhance performance and processes
  • Problem solver with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player and successful collaborator, able to work on own initiative
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
  • Excited about participating in growing our Risk Reduce Product business

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Maintain business services age verification operational processes and supporting documentation and guidance
  • Monitor daily age verification solution performance, identify issues and trends, recommend resolution plans and agree next steps and actions
  • Create and publish age verification business information reports, in collaboration with our analytics team, to provide all internal stakeholders with a transparent operational performance overview
  • Prepare the agenda and materials for monthly business reviews with market teams, manage and maintain minutes and follow up action plans with internal and supplier stakeholders
  • Maintain a backlog of solution enhancement and optimizations and work with internal, market, and supplier stakeholders on a roadmap to test and deploy
  • Monitor and oversee supplier Service Level Agreements, escalate and ensure effective and timely resolution
  • Monitor and oversee supplier incident management and resolution of open bugs/ticket
