Job description

We are a consumer goods group with three purpose-driven brands: Bambaw, Oravix and Arista Ayurveda. The shared mission across all three brands is simple: adding value to humans and their habitat. Our products are sold across Europe, the USA, and beyond, with the ambition to bring purposeful, sustainable, and health-driven solutions to more people every year.

To accelerate our marketplace presence and scale sales, we are looking for a Amazon Growth Specialist. In this role, you will take ownership of assigned Amazon markets across all three brands, driving sales, profit, and market share while ensuring strong brand visibility.

By the end of your first year, success means consistent +25% YoY sales growth in your markets, margins above target, page-one rankings for top keywords, and seasonal pushes executed on time with measurable uplift.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the commercial performance (sales, margin, TACOS) for assigned markets across all brands.
  • Translate business goals into clear growth strategies and market-level action plans, reviewed weekly and quarterly.
  • Leverage Amazon growth levers (SEO, PPC, pricing, promotions, content) to maximize visibility, conversion, and profitability.
  • Continuously monitor performance (traffic, CVR, rankings, competitor actions) and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
  • Lead product launches and seasonal pushes, ensuring strong velocity, ranking, and cross-functional alignment with Ops, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.
  • Act as the market owner and voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product, content, and marketing decisions.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Amazon marketplace management.
  • Strong track record of owning P&L and delivering sales/margin growth.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, CRO, and Amazon analytics tools.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and act on high-ROI opportunities.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, resilience, and growth hunger.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Sustainability-minded and aligned with our values.
