Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking a Senior Product Administrator Specialist to support collateral management activities in a dynamic, finance-focused environment. You will handle client reporting, margin calls, and balance reconciliations while collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of three days in the office weekly, with opportunities to engage in ad-hoc projects and team development.

Qualifications

• Graduates from economics or finance.
• Experience in a commercial environment such as banking, custody, insurance.
• MS Office package focus on Outlook and Excel.
• German would be an advantage but is not a must.

Responsibilities

• Complete/review client reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Answer margin calls and queries from different departments.
• Reconcile collateral balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Review and document process flows/procedures and contribute new ideas to streamline the operational process.
• Be involved in departmental ad-hoc projects.
• Involve in the training and development of other team members.
• Prepare monthly internal and external statistics.
• Be a point of contact for routine/escalation queries raised by internal departments.
• Support for team leader; plan workload.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Senior Product Administrator Specialist you will be responsible to:

• Complete/ Review client reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Minimum Salary

zł68,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
