Job summary

Sii is hiring a Validation Engineer with Python in the AI area to work on AI model validation and Python development for NPU-enabled platforms. You will build and maintain validation workflows for AI modules, create or modify Python scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and dependencies.

The role requires hands-on Python experience, Linux/Windows environments, and familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, and Jira. Polish fluency and residency in Poland are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with Linux/Windows in development and testing.
• Familiar with Jenkins, GitHub and Jira.
• Polish fluency; resident in Poland.
• Independent in analysis, estimation and information gathering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare NPU AI modules for validation.
• Execute daily and weekly validation runs.
• Analyze test results and report issues.
• Configure and maintain test environments on NPU-enabled platforms.
• Design and implement test cases.
• Create or modify Python scripts supporting validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define dependencies.
