Teva seeks an AI Technical Lead to own enterprise AI delivery on a Microsoft-first stack, shaping architecture and leading cross-functional teams. You will drive Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and related AI platforms, ensuring security, governance, and scalable deployment across regions.

This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, working with architecture, security, and governance to deliver compliant, auditable AI solutions in regulated environments.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years leading and developing large engineering teams in enterprise settings.
• 10+ years in software engineering, with hands-on design and delivery.
• 2+ years delivering GenAI/agentic solutions on Microsoft tech.
• Strong Azure engineering background and governance experience.
• Experience in regulated environments with security and privacy controls.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical delivery of production-grade AI systems across enterprise data environments.
• Define engineering standards, security, and Responsible AI practices at scale.
• Lead design, build, and operation of enterprise AI solutions on Microsoft tech.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, legal, and governance teams to ensure compliant AI delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance, review code and architecture, and mentor delivery teams.
