Job summary

Arche Consulting seeks a senior AI Transformation Consultant to drive agentic AI programs across global supply chains, from strategy to operating model design. You will shape end-to-end O2D processes, integrate AI with ERP platforms, and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.

The role requires deep AI fluency, stakeholder management at senior levels, and a willingness to travel. Hybrid work with international collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience with 5 years of experience developing and executing technology transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes (order management, logistics, global trade management, customer service).
• Business strategic thinking combined with understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of the English language in both spoken and written form.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Driving Agentic AI projects, including AI strategy, roadmap development, value creation and operating model design.
• Design end-to-end agent-based supply chain architectures spanning Logistics, Order Management and global trade management.
• Define interaction models between AI agents, human decision-makers and enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities with ERP and supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, OMS, TMS).
• Establish scalable data, model and governance frameworks to support AI solution development and deployment.
• Identify and implement O2D specific use cases balancing technical fluency with domain knowledge.
• Support business development, including pitches and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate across practices and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and upskill the broader team on AI.

Job description

• Driving Agentic AI projects, including (but not limited to) AI strategy, roadmap development[CG1] , value creation, and operating model design, commercial and tech assessments.
• Design end-to-end agent-based supply chain architectures spanning Logistics, Order Management, global trade management, customer service.
• Define interaction models between AI agents, human decision-makers and enterprise systems
• Integrate AI capabilities with ERP and supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, OMS, TMS etc.)
• Establish scalable data, model and governance frameworks to support AI solution development and deployment
• Identification and implementation of O2D specific use cases, balancing technical AI fluency with deep domain knowledge.
• Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with internal/external stakeholders, clients across the organization.
• Supporting AI initiatives and go-to-market for variety of sectors.
• Collaborating across company practices and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.
• Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting our focus on creating a great workplace (e.g., upskilling broader team on AI).

Requirements:

• One or more industry-recognized AI technologies certificates (e.g. Google, Oracle, Microsoft Azure or equivalent).
• Experience with: GenAI / LLMs (agent frameworks, copilots), Agentic frameworks (multi-agent orchestration, decision engines)
