Job summary

Creative Fabrica Studio is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design for Studio, including information architecture, flows, and UI. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to ship fast, maintaining high visual quality and a cohesive design language across the platform.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product design experience, exceptional UI craft, and strong Figma skills for handoff.

Qualifications

5+ years designing digital products with shipped work.
Excellent UI craft: typography, layout, visual hierarchy.
Advanced Figma skills for developer handoff (components, variants).
Proven ability to redesign or improve product experiences with usability gains.
Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead the redesign of Studio end-to-end: IA, flows, UI, interactions.
Raise visual and interaction quality to feel modern and distinctive.
Translate goals into screens, components, and prototypes for developers.
Partner daily with engineers to align design and build.
Produce structured Figma work with clear hierarchy, states, specs.
Design for real creator workflows, reducing friction and improving discoverability.
Move quickly from concept to usable design with strong iterations.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and production while preserving craft.
Build and evolve a coherent Studio design system across features.
Validate designs with lightweight methods and adjust without derailing delivery.
Stay current with AI product UX, Figma workflows, and emerging patterns.
