Job summary

Trident BMC Sp. z o. o. seeks an AI Implementation Project Manager to lead AI solution adoption across the organization. This hands-on role blends project management with practical AI work, including agents, automation, and enterprise system integration.

You will identify high-value AI opportunities, develop prototypes, manage implementations, and drive adoption with IT and business stakeholders. English proficiency and PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology, digital transformation, automation or AI implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs.
• Experience with platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating AI with business systems via APIs, connectors, webhooks and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI or similar tools.
• Understanding of enterprise data security, GDPR and AI governance.
• Strong PM, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly to business stakeholders.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Experience in marine, offshore, shipbuilding, engineering, energy or project-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, communication and change management
• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and recommend solutions with measurable business value

Job requirements
