Job summary

Dell Technologies in Łódź, Poland is seeking a New Product Introduction Principal Engineer to lead introduction projects for AI Servers in the EMEA region, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth mass production. You will resolve engineering issues across electrical, mechanical and software domains, drive quality improvements through risk assessment, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role requires a BS or MS in Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• BS / MS in Engineering or Technical related field.
• Multi-task and program/project manage multiple projects / manufacturing related issues.
• Project Management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• At least 8 years of experience in engineering area or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead introduction projects for new products in EMEA region – coordinate extended team's efforts, communicate with Core Team, solve engineering issues, assessing project and engineering risk.
• Introducing changes to existing products, investigating and resolving product related engineering issues.
• Drive quality improvements by risk assessment/mitigation eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier and manufacturing processes.
• Communicate to Operational leadership team on technical root-cause analysis, program status, deliverables and other product/manufacturing issues.
• Cooperate with other regions on variety of projects.
