Job summary

Look4IT is seeking a highly motivated AI Security Lead to own enterprise AI security strategy and guardrails across platforms and data pipelines in a global organization.

You will collaborate with CISO teams and senior security leaders to embed security into AI development, CI/CD, and operations, ensuring robust risk management and compliant practices while working in a hybrid office in Wrocław.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership with strategic ownership of AI security capabilities.
• Experience defining security strategies with the CISO and senior leadership in large enterprises.
• Strong operational ownership and integration with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, and CI/CD.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML platforms and AI-specific threats (model poisoning, data leakage, adversarial inputs).
• Ability to embed AI security controls into enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI security techniques and tools such as adversarial ML and model scanning.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act; translating into practical controls.
• Excellent communication and proactive, independent work style; business English required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI Security strategy, roadmap, and target state with CISO leadership.
• Own development and continuous improvement of AI Security capabilities and guardrails.
• Define AI security requirements, controls, patterns, and guardrails for AI platforms and data pipelines.
• Partner with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, Platform Security, MLOps to embed AI Security into services.
• Act as SME on AI security risks and translate risks into practical security measures.
• Drive AI Security integration into AI/ML platforms, CI/CD, and development processes.
• Establish scalable AI Security patterns for cross-unit risk management.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps and manage external vendors delivering AI security tooling.
