Job summary

InPost is seeking an experienced security professional to assess and secure AI/LLM-powered systems across its technology stack. You will identify vulnerabilities, design robust security controls, and build automation to enable secure development by default.

You will review AI solutions for security risks, contribute to governance, and apply hands-on cloud security across AWS, Azure and GCP while communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application or product security
• 5+ years coding experience shipping and operating production services
• Deep knowledge of AI/LLM security and how they’re deployed in production
• Experience securing agentic, code-execution or LLM-integrated systems
• Hands-on cloud and container security on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong presentation skills to translate security topics for business
• Good English skills for international communication
• Track record of finding real vulnerabilities in real systems

Responsibilities

• Work on security assessment and secure design reviews of AI, LLM and agentic systems across InPost's technology estate
• Identify, reproduce and reason about real vulnerabilities and collaborate with engineering to fix root causes
• Define and build engineered security controls for AI/ML and LLM-related risks
• Build security automation and developer-facing tooling to help teams ship securely by default
• Review new AI solutions and system architectures for security risk and contribute to AI governance
• Apply hands-on cloud/container security practices across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Act as go-to expert on AI-specific attack classes to keep defenses ahead
• Translate complex security findings into clear guidance for stakeholders across the business
