Job summary

InPost Group in Poland is seeking an AI Product Owner to bridge business and technology, shaping the AI product portfolio and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own the vision, roadmap and backlog for AI products, collaborating with domain experts, AI engineers and data teams to translate business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions that drive impact across the InPost Group.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI or data-driven products.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis experience.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience defining KPIs, business cases and value-tracking models.
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Copilot and LLM APIs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

• Own the AI product vision and roadmap.
• Frame problems and define value with business partners.
• Drive adoption and enablement across the organisation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security and Data Governance for compliance and scalability.
• Shape the future AI ecosystem and stay updated on GenAI trends.
