Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Expert Threat Modelling Specialist to design and deliver a robust threat modelling program for a banking customer. You will apply AI-driven tools to identify threats, translate security requirements into developer‑friendly guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders to mature threat modelling capabilities.

You will help develop automation and supporting infrastructure, contribute to the product roadmap, and operate within a hybrid work model across Poland.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of threat modelling experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools.
• Experience with STRIDE, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK™.
• Ability to translate technical requirements to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a robust Threat Modelling Program for a banking customer.
• Leverage AI tools to support threat modelling efforts.
• Identify threats early and translate security requirements into actionable guidance for developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve threat modelling capabilities.
• Contribute to automation and tooling to scale threat modelling processes.
