Job summary

Amplitude is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Manager to build scalable workflows and manage the legal tech stack. You will partner with Commercial, Product, Privacy, Corporate, Finance, IT, and other teams to streamline work, improve visibility, and reduce manual processes.

You will lead initiatives from contract workflows to governance, with a focus on AI-enabled tools, data quality, and scalable processes across the legal function.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, contract operations, or related role supporting an in-house legal team.
• Experience managing and improving legal processes, including contract intake, lifecycle management, knowledge management, or matter tracking.
• Proven experience using AI to improve workflows and increase efficiency for legal teams and partners.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data through dashboards or executive-ready insights.
• Strong project management, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, Slack, Tableau, Snowflake and reporting/workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows across the Legal team.
• Own and optimize the Legal team’s technology ecosystem, including contract lifecycle management and e-signature.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline work.
• Build dashboards and reporting for Legal leadership visibility into workload and trends.
• Lead cross-functional projects and change-management efforts, including new processes and systems integrations.
• Serve as a trusted contact for legal process and technology questions for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scalable legal knowledge resources, templates, and training programs.
