Job summary

Transition Technologies MS is seeking a seasoned AI consultant to lead AI adoption engagements for business clients, from discovery to prototyping. You will run workshops, translate needs into AI solutions, and critique AI outputs for integrity and business fit.

The role requires strong programming skills (Python), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently across multiple clients. Remote or hybrid work is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting and technology advisory.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents in real work.
• Solid programming ability (e.g. Python) to build AI-assisted prototypes.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into clear tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently across multiple clients or projects.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

• Lead consulting engagements with business clients on AI adoption - from process discovery to designing and prioritizing AI use cases.
• Run workshops, training sessions, and advisory meetings (including on-site) to build client teams' fluency with tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Translate business needs into working AI solutions - using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to rapidly build prototypes, automations, and proof-of-concepts directly for clients.
• Write clear specifications and critically review AI-generated code and outputs, catching issues around correctness, security, and business fit.
• Own solutions end-to-end where needed: from initial concept and architecture through to a working demo or pilot deployment.
• Stay current with the evolving capabilities of Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents, and translate new capabilities into concrete business and technical value.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Experience in business consulting and technology advisory.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) as part of real work - not just occasional use.
• Solid programming ability (e.g. Python) sufficient to build and adapt working prototypes with AI assistance, even without a traditional engineering background.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into clear, verifiable tasks - for both consulting deliverables and AI-assisted builds.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders from end users to decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently across multiple clients or projects at once.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience with FastAPI/Django, REST APIs, or prior software development experience.
