OLX is seeking a seasoned software engineer in Poland to work on AI-enabled systems within cross-functional teams. You will contribute to design, development, and delivery, collaborating with engineers, SREs, and product managers.

The role emphasizes running and owning AI-driven improvements while ensuring robust production code. You will work with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP, and interact with AWS services, databases, and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• Solid software development experience with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached).
• Strong AWS knowledge and IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Ability to write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintain AI context.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technically to projects and participate in planning, execution, and success of complex tasks.
• Establish credibility through high-quality technical execution by the team.
• Leverage AI to accelerate delivery: generate tests/docs and debug/refactor while owning the output.
