Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a Generative AI & LLM Engineer to help build AI-driven automation solutions that improve how Funds data is processed, validated and delivered. This role focuses on practical application of AI, using Microsoft-based tools and platforms, to solve real business problems. You will work on automation initiatives that directly improve efficiency, data quality and turnaround times across large-scale content workflows. You don’t need long years of industry experience — we are more interested in your ability to apply modern AI technologies effectively and translate ideas into working solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Helping design and build AI-powered automation solutions for Funds data workflows.
  • Developing data science solutions using Microsoft AI and data platforms.
  • Applying machine learning, natural language processing and rule-based approaches to automate data processing tasks.
  • Building proofs of concept and working with engineers to move successful solutions into production.
  • Collaborating with content, product and engineering teams to understand problems and deliver practical solutions.
  • Contributing to projects that clearly improve capacity, accuracy or data timeliness.
  • Learning Funds data structures, workflows and quality controls.
  • Writing clean, efficient Python code and clearly documenting your work.
  • Communicating results and insights to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, automation or machine learning.
  • Hands‑on exposure to AI or machine learning techniques applied to real datasets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience preparing data and evaluating model performance.
  • Interest in automation, data quality and operational efficiency.
Personal Qualities
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on practical outcomes.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and domains.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to explain technical work in clear, simple terms.
Qualifications

Compensation Information

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 142,900 zł - 226,100 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (“bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job‑related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
