Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring Full Stack AI Engineers to join a cross-disciplinary team building an AI-powered insights platform. You will design data pipelines, deploy AI/ML models, and ship full stack applications using Python, React/Next.js, and cloud services.

Collaboration with product, data science, and business stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into working software. The role emphasizes production-grade pipelines, scalable architectures, and cost-efficient operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-grade apps or pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows and LLM-based architectures.
• Strong frontend tech: React/Next.js; solid API design skills.
• Solid software engineering foundations: CI/CD, testing, version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting market/business data.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows.
• Create full stack apps surface AI insights for business users.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and cost-aware production practices.
• Collaborate with Product/Data Science/Business stakeholders.
• Contribute to platform architecture, IaC, and containerisation.
