Grid Dynamics is offering a 6-month internship in Gdansk, Poland, for aspiring IT professionals. You will learn under a mentor, spend 30 hours weekly on development, and work in a hybrid setup with 4 days in the office and one day remote. A strong CS foundation and Java proficiency are preferred.

The program provides mentoring, a structured development plan, and ongoing progress reviews, with potential for future employment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
• Good understanding of relational database concepts.
• Good knowledge of Java.
• Practical experience with Git.
• Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Understanding of how frontend communicates with backend (REST API, HTTP methods).
• Curiosity to explore and integrate modern AI technologies into daily workflow.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level (spoken and written).
• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM fields.

Responsibilities

• Learning under the supervision of an experienced programmer.
• Spend 30 hours per week for 6 months on developing yourself in your chosen field.
• Working closely with your mentor on daily tasks.
• Collaborating with the team in a hybrid model: 4 days per week in our office and 1 day remotely is mandatory.
