Job summary

Procter & Gamble Warsaw is seeking a data/AI engineer to design, develop and scale AI/ML solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will build production-grade code, develop PoCs, and evaluate emerging AI technologies while creating data pipelines and feature engineering models.

Work includes deploying AI products and cloud infrastructure with IaC, applying MLOps and DataOps best practices, and maintaining observability to ensure operational excellence across complex data

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale AI/ML solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.
• Develop PoCs and evaluate emerging AI technologies and models.
• Create data pipelines, data models, and feature engineering solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI products and cloud infrastructure using cloud-native services and IaC.
• Apply MLOps, DataOps, and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation.
• Monitor, optimize, and enhance AI systems through observability and operational excellence.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in Python programming language.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database systems.
• Experience in Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of data processing concepts, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Experience with tools and frameworks Databricks, and PySpark is advantageous.
• The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights is valuable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
