Job summary

Sii Sweden AB is seeking an AI Engineer to help shape the future of software engineering by applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with software teams to identify opportunities where AI boosts productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency, then design and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions for coding, testing, reviews, documentation, and DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI/ML to software development workflows.

In this role, you will work closely with software engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will design, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions that support developers across activities such as coding, testing, code review, documentation, and DevSecOps.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys combining software engineering, automation, and Generative AI and turning innovative ideas and PoCs into scalable solutions used in real-world engineering environments.
