Job summary

SoftwareOne in Poland is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Generative AI, multimodal data, and enterprise knowledge sources.

You will partner with solution architects and clients to translate business requirements into practical AI applications, building intelligent assistants, retrieval systems, and automation workflows that create measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered solutions using Azure AI.
• Hands-on with LLMs and retrieval augmented generation.
• Experience building document understanding and knowledge extraction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI services and LLMs.
• Build and optimize RAG architectures leveraging enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, intelligent automation workflows, and agentic AI solutions for business users.
• Create document understanding, information extraction, and knowledge retrieval solutions using Azure AI services.
• Integrate AI capabilities with business applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Support deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities, including multimodal AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent process automation.

As our new AI Engineer, you will develop your expertise by designing and delivering AI-powered solutions within our Data & AI practice. You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI technologieswhile building intelligent applicationsthat create business value through Generative AI, multimodal AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics. Working closely with solution architects, AI experts, and clients, you will help transform business requirements into practical AI solutions, leveraging data, documents, images, speech, video, and enterprise knowledge sources.
