Job summary

Talanto in Poland is seeking an autonomous, AI-first AI/ML Automation Engineer to bridge Generative AI and business value. Design and build AI workflows, integrate with enterprise environments, and prototype code rapidly using Python and LangChain.

You will prototype and deliver production-grade AI pipelines, extend Microsoft Copilot ecosystems, and train non-technical users to adopt automation. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep experience writing production-ready Python code.
• Experience building agentic workflows using LangChain family or similar frameworks.
• Fluent in Cursor to prompt, debug, and write code with AI assistance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.
• Strong spoken and written English; able to explain architectures clearly.

We are seeking an autonomous, "AI-first" AI/ML Automation Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI technology, traditional Machine Learning, and real-world business value.

In this role, you will design and build robust AI automation pipelines, integrate custom solutions with enterprise environments, and champion your technical choices to the wider team. You are an incredibly fast prototyper who leverages modern AI development tools (like Cursor) to work with maximum efficiency. While primarily a highly technical engineering role, you are comfortable explaining technical architectures clearly and occasionally running training sessions to help non-technical users adopt your solutions.

What you'll do

Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines using Python and the LangChain ecosystem.

AI-First Development: Maximize delivery speed by using advanced AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to build, test, and iterate code at 10x pace.

Enterprise Integration: Connect custom AI solutions with enterprise environments, specifically leveraging and extending the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

Enablement & Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for non-technical users to ensure smooth adoption of new AI tools and automations.

Collaborative Architecture: Work closely with product or business leaders to translate raw ideas into technical architecture, defending your technical choices with clear logic.

What we're looking for

Python Mastery: Deep experience writing clean, production-ready Python code.

GenAI Ecosystem: Experience building agentic workflows using the LangChain family (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) or similar frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex).

AI-Native Workflow: Fluent in Cursor (or equivalent AI-first IDEs) to prompt, debug, and write code alongside AI to deliver rapidly.

Microsoft Ecosystem: Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure OpenAI integrations.

English Fluency (C1/C2): Strong spoken and written English. You must be comfortable explaining technical architectures clearly to peers and training non-technical users.

Nice-to-Have / Strong Pluses (Optional)

Classic ML & NLP Domains: Strong foundational knowledge or hands‑on experience in:

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text classification, entity recognition, and classic semantic search.

Computer Vision / Image Recognition: Working with image classification, object detection, or multimodal vision models.

Recommendation & Matchmaking Engines: Building heuristic‑based or model‑based matching algorithms and ranking systems.

Discovery & Consulting: Experience leading discovery workshops with external clients or internal business units to map business pain points to AI solutions.
