Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, validate, and operationalize agentic AI solutions and automated document-generation workflows within Databricks, enhancing the organization’s AI capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Use Databricks and its AI capabilities effectively to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Create, deploy, monitor, and maintain reliable end-to-end workflows in Databricks.
- Define, design, build, and validate agentic AI solutions within Databricks.
- Develop and maintain evaluation harnesses for agentic solutions.
- Use Langfuse to trace agent, prompt, tool, and response flows; manage evaluation results.
- Integrate Langfuse telemetry with the evaluation and monitoring approach.
- Design and implement automated document-generation workflows.
- Integrate user interfaces, APIs, and downstream systems with AI workflows.
- Apply sound software-engineering practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.
Key Requirements
- Masters or PhD in computer science or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Databricks and its AI capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Langfuse for evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience in developing automated document-generation workflows.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
